ALBANY, N.Y. – Dartmouth junior
Adrian Clark has been named the ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Week the league office announced Monday afternoon.

For Clark, this is the first time receiving a weekly accolade during his collegiate career.

The honor was bestowed upon the Toronto native after a 1-0-1 weekend in which he picked up a 3-2 win over No. 16 Cornell and earned a 2-2 tie with Colgate. Against the Big Red, Clark was outstanding, making a season-high 38 saves to earn the victory. He would stop another 19 in 65 minutes of action the following night against the visiting Raiders.

On the weekend, Clark posted a 1.92 goals against average and a .934 save percentage and was the only league goaltender with multiple appearances not to register a loss. He turned aside 57-of-61 shots faced on the weekend and has been the anchor of the Dartmouth defense all season.

Overall, Clark is fifth in the league in save percentage (9.14) and seventh in goals against average (2.70) amongst goalies with six or more games.

Clark becomes the first Dartmouth goalie to win the award since
Devin Buffalo '18 was named the recipient on Feb. 21 of last season.

The Big Green and its goaltender will play a home-and-home series with Granite State Rival New Hampshire this weekend. Dartmouth will host Friday's game at Thompson before the series shifts to Durham and the Whittemore Center Saturday night. Both games are scheduled for 7 p.m. Dartmouth will be hosting its annual toy drive for the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) during Friday's game with fans encouraged to bring a donation of a new, unwrapped toy to the game.
