HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women's hockey head coach Laura Schuler has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2019-20 season. The Big Green will play one scrimmage, one exhibition, their usual 22 conference games and seven non-conference ones.
After hosting Concordia and McGill in pre-season contests at the beginning of October, Dartmouth will officially kick things off at home against Harvard (Oct. 25) before traveling a few hours up the road to face Vermont four days later.
The Green begin November at home against Yale and Brown (Nov. 1-2) before hitting the road for four straight against Quinnipiac, Princeton and two against RIT (Nov. 8-9, 15-16). Dartmouth and Maine will play their annual doubleheader in Hanover this time at the end of the month.
There are just three games on the schedule for December: a second go-through with Brown and Yale on Dec. 6-7 and a brand-new opponent in Franklin Pierce (Dec. 13).
With the New Year comes four consecutive home games against RPI, Union, Princeton and Quinnipiac (Jan. 3-4, 10-11) before the Big Green head out for six straight against Cornell, Colgate, Clarkson, St. Lawrence, Harvard and UNH (Jan. 17 – Feb. 4). After that, just six regular season games will remain.
After returning to Thompson Arena for the first time in almost a month, Dartmouth will host Colgate and Cornell (Feb. 7-8) and will head out for the last time to take on Union and RPI (Feb. 14-15). The Green will wrap up the regular season with home games against St. Lawrence and Clarkson (Feb. 21-22).
