Tracey Mills Earns First Ivy Player of the Week

Mills had a goal and an assist in Dartmouth's 2-0 week
PRINCETON, N.J. – Tracey Mills was selected as the Ivy League player of the week following a 2-0 weekend with wins over Pittsburgh and Syracuse. Mills finished the first weekend of the season with a goal and an assist for three points.

Mills was everywhere for Dartmouth in both victories. In the 39th minute against Pitt on Friday, she made moves to get by a couple of defenders and score to get the Big Green on the board for the first time in 2019, helping Dartmouth to its first victory of the season. Â

In Sunday's match versus Syracuse, the sophomore picked up her first assist of the year on Hayley Soriano's goal in the 75th minute to extend the Big Green lead to 2-0 and close the door on the Orange.
From Vienna, Virginia, this is the first time that Mills has won the Ivy League Player of the Week. Senior Hayley Soriano and freshmen Allie Winstanley were named to the honor roll.
