Â
The Big Green opened the scoring early with their sixth power play goal of the season. Dorfman played the puck into the middle to Hubbarde, who redirected it with a perfect shot through the Yale defense and past goaltender Nathan Reid for his third goal of the year.
Â
The Bulldogs tied the game five minutes later when Tabakin shot it from the blue line past Black.
Â
It did not take long before Dartmouth took back the lead as Dorfman scored his third goal of the season midway through the opening period. The Big Green piled on the pressure behind the Yale goal, forcing a turnover from the Bulldogs. The misplayed pass was intercepted by Dorfman, who got to it first and smashed it in.
Â
The scoring for the first period wasn't done yet as the Bulldogs tied it for the second time in the opening frame. Chen skated his way down the ice and passed it across the front of goal to Hall for the tap-in.
Â
Dartmouth was handed a five-minute major midway through the second period. On the penalty kill, the Big Green forced a turnover that led to Morgan barreling towards goal. Morgan made the shifty move around Reid and went top shelf for the short-handed goal. Yale tied it again for the third time when Gammill got a shot past Black.
Campbell scored the game-winner late in the third period after skating his way through the Yale defense and across the front of the crease to tuck it home for his third straight game with a goal.
Yale pulled their goaltender in the final minutes, but the Big Green put their bodies on the line to prevent the Bulldogs from getting any clear opportunities.
