THIS WEEKEND
For the first time in 1,063 days, Dartmouth men's lacrosse will face an Ivy League opponent, traveling to Cambridge to take on No. 15 Harvard on Saturday afternoon. Â

LAST TIME OUT
The Big Green had a great performance in the first two quarters but struggled with a scoreless second half, falling to No. 9 Ohio State by a score of 12-6 on Tuesday.

Henry Bonnie and
Peter Lapina had two points apiece to lead the team, while three other players recorded one point each.

Tommy Rogan and
Daniel Hincks had five ground balls and
Mitchell Myers won seven faceoffs. In net, Hincks had 14 saves.
·     The first quarter was a back-and-forth affair; tallies by
Matt Paul, Bonnie and
George Prince had Dartmouth trailing by one in the final few minutes. Lapina scored with 7.3 seconds remaining to make it a 4-4 game.
·     Another by Bonnie and
Colin McGill's man-up tally with 5:36 to go in the second gave Dartmouth a two-goal cushion, which was erased in the final two minutes to once again tie the score (6-6).
·     The Buckeyes took control from there, scoring five in the third and just one in the fourth while keeping the Green scoreless. Dartmouth outshot OSU, 12-5, in the final quarter.

SCOUTING THE CRIMSON
Harvard is having a great season so far. Its only loss came against Ohio State back at the end of February and, since then, the Crimson have defeated Fairfield (16-12), No. 13 Michigan (14-9), No. 13 Brown (12-11) and No. 13 Boston University (13-10).

Austin Madronic leads the way with 26 points from 17 goals and nine helpers. Steven Cuccurullo has grabbed a team-leading 24 ground balls and has taken the majority of the the Crimson's faceoffs, going 46-114 (.404) at the X.

LAST TIME AGAINST HARVARD
The teams last met three years and three days ago at Scully-Fahey Field on March 23, 2019, a game the Crimson won, 12-9. Paul, Ben Martin and
George Prince ended the game with four points apiece to lead the team.

Dartmouth trailed, 3-1, after the first, but came back to take a one-goal lead at the half (5-4). Harvard tied things up at seven-all to end the third quarter. The Crimson scored four markers in the fourth to take the lead for the first time since the second quarter. Martin and David Gallagher found the back of the net, but one more for Harvard ended it.

LEADING THE WAY
Prince is still first in goals (11), assists (7) and points (18), while McGill is just two points behind.
Joe Azelby and
Mitchell Myers lead the way with 23 ground balls apiece, while Myers has taken the majority of the faceoffs, going 51-91 (.560). Dartmouth is currently first in the Ivy League in faceoff percentage (.555).
