Reid Cashman today announced the assistant captains of the Big Green for the 2023-24 season.
Seniors
Joey Musa and
Josh Waters and junior
Steven Townley will don the "A" on their jerseys this season.
Musa has appeared in 61 games over the course of his collegiate career with Dartmouth, tallying six goals and 18 assists. Last season he finished with three goals and nine assists, with all three goals coming in wins for the Big Green.
Waters has played in 19 games for Dartmouth with two goals to his credit. Both goals, one of which was a penalty shot, came in the 3-1 victory over UNH in the Ledyard Classic during the 2021-22 season. He was then named to the Ledyard Classic All-Tournament Team.
Townley has made 54 appearances for the Big Green in his two seasons thus far with four goals and six assists. Two of his assists in 2022-23 came in the two wins over Yale at Thompson.
Dartmouth opens the season this Friday against No. 17 Harvard at Thompson Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the game will be available to stream nationally on ESPN+ and internationally on Stretch Internet. Season and single-game tickets are available to purchase through the Dartmouth Athletics ticket office.
