Cooper Tuckerman Named Academic All-Ivy

The fifth-year senior helped the Big Green qualify for the IRA National Regatta
HANOVER, N.H. – Fifth-year senior Cooper Tuckerman of the Dartmouth men's lightweight rowing team was named to the Academic All-Ivy team, as announced by the league office on Friday morning.

Tuckerman, a biology major, earns the recognition for his performance on the water and in the classroom this season.

He has been a member of the Varsity Eight boat all season for the No. 7-ranked lightweight rowing team and helped them win the petite final this past weekend at Eastern Sprints, qualifying Dartmouth for nationals.

The Big Green head to Mercer County, New Jersey the first weekend of June for the IRA National Regatta. Competition is slated to run from Friday, June 2 to Sunday, June 4.
