HANOVER, N.H. – Alex McFadden, Dartmouth's Josie Harper Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse, has announced the hiring of Kelsey Fee as an assistant coach.
"We are very excited to welcome Kelsey to our staff," said McFadden. "She brings a wealth of knowledge to the defensive end and a different perspective having played as a goalie in college. She has a lot of experience in the coaching world having worked at Amherst and UNH and we look forward to seeing what she brings to our sidelines. Kelsey's passion and excitement for the game is evident with everything she does, and we cannot wait for her to get on the field with the team this fall."
Fee joins the Big Green after spending the past two seasons as an assistant women's lacrosse coach at New Hampshire. In her role with the Wildcats, Fee served as the goalkeepers coach and implemented specific individual plans for each player as well as aiding in the defensive game plan and execution.
Prior to UNH, Fee spent two and a half years at Amherst as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. During her time with the Mammoths, she also served as the defensive coordinator and led goalkeeper development. Fee's experience includes a three-year stint as an event and operations intern for the East Coast Region of the United Women's Lacrosse League.
Fee began her collegiate career at Ithaca before transferring to Wagner. As a goalkeeper for the Seahawks, Fee led Wagner to three Northeast Conference championships and was named the Tournament MVP in 2019, posting nine saves in a 7-6 victory in the final. She was named to the Northeast Conference All-Academic team all four years with the Seahawks.
Fee earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in film studies from Wagner in 2019.
