HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's cross country team opens the 2023 season on Saturday with a trip to Vermont for the UVM Invite. The race is scheduled for 12:45 p.m. at the Hard'Ack Recreation Area in St. Albans, Vermont.
Dartmouth enters the season ranked 11
th in the Northeast region in the preseason NCAA Division I regional rankings from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
The Big Green sent multiple athletes to the meet last season, with
James Lawrence leading the way with a third-place finish, posting a time of 25:39.5.
Ben Williams also cracked the top 15, taking 14
th with a time of 26:24.7.

Dartmouth returns to Pine Park for the Maribel Sanchez Souther Invitational next Saturday, September 9. The race is currently set to begin at 11:15 a.m. and information for the meet can be found on the team's schedule page on DartmouthSports.com, the official website of Dartmouth Athletics.
