Ivy League Women’s Lacrosse Preseason Poll Announced

The Ancient Eight slate begins on March 2 at Cornell
HANOVER, N.H. – The Ivy League announced its 2024 women's lacrosse preseason poll on Tuesday afternoon, and Dartmouth has been selected to finish sixth.
Penn, the defending league regular season champion, was selected as the favorite, earning all 16 first-place votes and 128 total votes. Princeton, winners of the 2023 Ivy League tournament, was picked to finish second.
Yale was selected to finish third followed by Harvard, Cornell, Dartmouth, Brown and Columbia.
The Big Green open the season this Sunday, Feb. 18, on the road at No. 11 Stony Brook. Ivy League play begins on Saturday, March 2, at Cornell. Dartmouth plays its first home Ancient Eight contest on Saturday, March 23, against Yale.
