John Fusco Named ECAC Hockey Defender of the Week

The junior had one goal and one assist in the tie against St. Lawrence
HANOVER, N.H. – Junior defender John Fusco of the Dartmouth men's hockey team was named the ECAC Hockey Defender of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday morning.

Fusco played a key role in the Big Green's five-point weekend this past weekend at Thompson Arena. In Saturday's game against St. Lawrence, Fusco scored a power play goal towards the end of the second period, his fourth tally of the year. He also had the primary assist on Eric Charpentier's goal in the final five minutes of play that tied the game to send it to overtime.

Fusco and the Big Green hit the road this weekend for the final time in the regular season, traveling to the Albany area to take on Rensselaer and Union in ECAC Hockey contests. Both games will be available to stream on ESPN+ and Stretch Internet.
