HANOVER, N.H. —
Mia Curtis, a senior psychology and Hispanic studies major from Minneapolis, Minnesota, was included in the Ivy League's announcement of women's basketball postseason awards with her Academic All-Ivy honor.
Academic All-Ivy designation is awarded to third and fourth-year student-athletes who made significant contributions to their respective teams while maintaining good academic standing.
Curtis started all 26 games, helping the Big Green more than triple their 2022-23 win total. Ranking third on the team in scoring with 6.9 points per game, Curtis scored in double figures in five different contests, including her season-high 15 points at UAlbany. She helped Dartmouth achieve its first Ivy League win in nearly two years with nine points, including six in the third quarter, during a 48-44 come-from-behind win over Cornell on Feb. 17.
The Big Green finished the season with seven wins, their most since the 2019-20 season and ranked among the top 50 nationally, and second in the Ivy League, in scoring defense (58.4).
