Luke Haymes and first-year
CJ Foley were both recognized by ECAC Hockey on Tuesday morning when the league office announced its monthly awards for month of February. Haymes was named the Forward of the Month while Foley was named the Rookie of the Month.

Both players were crucial for the Big Green during the month of February, leading Dartmouth to a 4-1-2 record to help the team climb the league standings.

Haymes started the month in dominant fashion, recording his first collegiate hat trick in a 5-1 win over Princeton. He recorded at least one point in every game during the month and scored in all but one game. In the final road weekend of the season, Haymes registered three points in both games, including two goals and one assist in the 5-4 victory over Union that clinched home ice for the Big Green in the playoffs. He was named the Forward of the Week, presented by Bluebird Hotels, on Monday the 5
th.

Foley has played a key role on the blue line for the Big Green this season and excelled during the month of February. He recorded at least one point in all but one game during the month, finishing with one goal and seven assists. Foley's goal came at the right time as he scored a short-handed goal early in the third period at Union, putting Dartmouth back in the lead. He was named the Rookie of the Week after his performance that weekend.

Haymes, Foley and the Big Green are off this weekend after earning the four seed in the ECAC Hockey conference tournament. Dartmouth returns to action the weekend of March 15-17 for the quarterfinals. Game times and ticket information will be announced in the coming days on DartmouthSports.com.
