NEW HAVEN, Conn. –
Ryan Cornish led the Big Green with 16 points as the Dartmouth men's basketball team fell at Yale on Monday afternoon, 83-67, after a second half surge from the Bulldogs in New Haven.
Cornish shot 78% from the field while
Romeo Myrthil shot 67%.
Jackson Munro added a 63% field goal percentage and scored 13 in the contest.
The Big Green's record falls to 7-9 (1-2 Ivy League) and Yale's improves to 10-6 (3-0 Ivy League).

FIRST HALF:
- The game began even with both teams exchanging buckets on both ends. Out of the first media timeout, Munro drained five points, and Jayden Williams recorded a block to tie the game, 17-17.
- A quick five points from the Bulldogs put them ahead 22-17 with 9:50 remaining.
- A 13-3 run for the Big Green with three-pointers from Myrthil and Cade Haskins put Dartmouth ahead 35-30 with 3:59 left.
- Yale scored nine unanswered to end the half and take hold of a 41-37 lead.
SECOND HALF:
- The Bulldogs opened the half on a 9-0 run to take a 50-37 lead over Dartmouth.
- The Big Green responded with a run of their own which included a steal and a dunk from Cornish and a block from Haskins to bring the score to 52-45 with 13:41 to go.
- With 9:27 left, Yale extended their lead to 65-50.
- A late 10-1 run for the Bulldogs secured the victory for Yale, 83-67.
