Daniel Obaseki approaches the end of his career as a senior member of the Dartmouth Men's Track and Field team. He has consistently served the track team as a runner, putting up a time of 1:56:78 in the 800m his junior year and pushing straight on in his final season of outdoor competition. He is a graduate of St. Francis Prep in Fresh Meadows, NY and participated on the cross country and track and field team in high school. From 1999-2003 he was the 10 Time Sectional Champion for track and field, and in 2002 he was the No.1 runner on his high school's Sectional Championship cross country team. He was also named Most Valuable Player in his junior and senior year of high school for track and field.

Obaseki plans to major in Economics and may pursue a career in Business. His parents are Daniel and Ruth Obaseki.
