With two years remaining, Norton has already enjoyed a stellar career at Dartmouth. Last fall, he made great strides in cross country and placed 12th at the Heps and ran on the NCAA Squad. During the indoor campaign, he lowered his mile PR to 4:04.69 and now ranks third on the all-time list. For the last two years, Norton has placed at the indoor Heps in the mile and was the runner-up in the outdoor New England's in the 1500. At the Penn Relays last spring, he contributed a strong leadoff leg on the Big Green's distance medley squad that set a school record. He qualified for the NCAA Regional meet in the 1500. This winter, he will go after the school record in the mile, 4:02.26
