First team Tri-State League all-star as a senior when he finished third in the league in free throw percentage and was named the Canterbury MVP. Scored 17.8 points and pulled down 7.2 rebounds as a senior. Third in the Tri-State League in rebounding and free throw percentage while being named to the all-league second team as a junior. Played four years of varsity basketball and served as team captain as a senior. Was a peer tutor in chemistry and Latin and served as a peer counselor. A member of the Canterbury environmental club, he has thought about becoming a doctor.
