HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth men's basketball team has announced the incoming class of 2029. The incomers join a Big Green group who had a historic run during the 2024-25 season, which included the program's first appearance in Ivy Madness.
Â
"We are very excited about the Class of '29," said head coach
David McLaughlin. "Cam, Tyler and Anton bring so many of the qualities we are looking for when recruiting. On the court, they are skilled, unselfish, have a good feel for the game and are willing to put the work in to further their respective careers. Off the court, they are young men who bring a positive mindset while believing in our program and Dartmouth, are ready for the challenge of holding themselves accountable and have a willingness to have ownership over their process while valuing relationships.
Â
"They all have a bright future, and I am thrilled to get to work with them soon!"

Whether it is the unique offering of both academic and athletic excellence, the awesome coaches, players and people I've met and I'm continuing to meet around the school, or the beautiful campus and green that reminds me of home, it's a place that embodies all I'm hoping to find in my college experience as a student-athlete. Given that, and the opportunity to continue establishing the Big Green as a winning program in the Ivy League, it was an honor that I was truly excited about and impossible for me to pass up."
Â
Coach McLaughlin on Hiatt: "Cam brings an infectious attitude to everything he does. His winning mentality and toughness, combined with his willingness to compete, should be felt immediately in our workout sessions. He has a good skill level for the wing position, and I am excited to see his growth throughout the year."

I love the unique outdoor feel of the campus and the camaraderie within the community that is cherished by everyone who is part of it. I look forward to spending the next four years here, but know that the experience doesn't just stop there. It'll be with us, guide us and support us through everything we do for the rest of our lives."

Coach McLaughlin on Garrett: "Tyler's combination of size and willingness to put in the work on his game and body were very evident during his recruitment. He has a blossoming skill set that will fit in very well with how we want to play at both ends of the court. I am excited to work with him and see him compete within our program."
