HANOVER, N.H. – Junior Lucielle Kozlov scored the game-winning goal with 14 seconds remaining in double-overtime to give the Dartmouth women's soccer team a 1-0 win over Northeastern at Burnham Field.
Sophomore Meredith Gurnee dribbled towards goal and forced Northeastern keeper Paige Burnett to play the ball, but a wide-open pass to the far post secured the winner for Kozlov.

“We played a hard-fought 110-minute game tonight,” head coach Ron Rainey said. “It was an effort goal by Lucielle, who made the play happen on the defensive end.”
The Big Green finished the contest with a two-shot edge, 9-7, over the Huskies. Sophomore Casey Cousineau posted her first shutout of the season and made four saves. Burnett made three stops for Northeastern. The Big Green also controlled set pieces once again owning a 10-2 lead in corner kicks.
“I am proud of the way Casey and the rest of the defense played tonight,” Rainey said.
Dartmouth possessed a 4-1 advantage in shots at the first break, keeping the ball in Northeastern's defensive area for a large portion of the half. In the second half, the Huskies swung the momentum and outshot the Big Green, 5-3. Cousineau kept the game scoreless for the Big Green with an impressive save late in regulation on an attempt by Nicole Wilkins.
Kozlov registered the only shot with eight minutes left in the first overtime on a one-timer pass by freshman Lindsay Knutson.
Dartmouth will travel to Burlington on Sunday for a meeting with the Vermont Catamounts at 3:30 p.m.
