Big Green Set for Rugby 7s National Championship

The Dartmouth women's rugby team will conclude its spring season at the 2022 USA Rugby Women's 7s National Championship this weekend.

Kennesaw State and Fifth Third Bank Stadium will play host to the top men's and women's collegiate programs for two days, with champions being crowned across six divisions.

Dartmouth has been drawn into Pool B of the Women's Gold division alongside Lindenwood, West Chester, and Brown. Pool A consists of Harvard, Central Washington, Penn State, and AIC while Pool C consists of Life, Army West Point, Queens, and Sacred Heart.

Pool play will occur on Saturday while the knockout stage is scheduled for Sunday.

The Big Green have played in just two tournaments this spring. They finished third at the Crimson 7s Tournament and won a total of seven games between the A and B squads at the Ivy 7s Championship.
