Alex Frank has announced that assistant coach
Tee Ladouceur has been promoted to associate head coach. Ladouceur just completed her third year with the Big Green.
Ladouceur has been the assistant coach during her first three years after arriving in August 2019. In her first campaign in 2020, the Big Green were 5-0 before the season was cut short due to COVID-19, and finished ranked ninth in the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) national poll. During her time at Dartmouth, Ladouceur has worked with multiple All-Ivy honorees.
Prior to Dartmouth, Ladouceur spent two seasons on the coaching staff at Denver, helping guide the Pioneers to the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinal in 2019. She was previously the head coach at UC Davis during the 2016 and 2017 seasons, and also worked at UAlbany (2013-15) and Rensselaer (2012).
A 2011 graduate of Syracuse, she played three seasons with the Orange, amassing 130 goals and 112 assists for 242 points in 68 games. While a member of the team, she earned IWLCA All-America Third Team honors as well as all-region first team recognition and was tabbed as a WomensLax.com All-American. Ladouceur began her collegiate career at Albany during the 2008 season where she scored 32 goals in just 11 games with the Great Danes.
