BACK TO CONFERENCE PLAY
The Dartmouth men's hockey team returns to conference play this weekend with a trip to the North Country to take on St. Lawrence and Clarkson. Puck drop against the Saints on Friday is scheduled for 7 p.m. while Saturday's puck drop against the Golden Knights is set for 4 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
Playing its first game in two weeks, the Big Green traveled down to Connecticut to take on UConn at the XL Center.
Roan Clarke made his collegiate debut, recording 26 saves for Dartmouth.
Tucker McRae, making his first appearance since the season opener, scored the Big Green's lone goal of the contest, coming on a power play late in the third period.
Nate Morgan and
Eric Charpentier each had an assist on the goal.
SCOUTING ST. LAWRENCE
St. Lawrence comes into Friday's game with a 3-10-1 overall record and a 1-3-0 record in ECAC Hockey. The Saints took on national No. 15 Western Michigan last weekend in non-conference action, falling by scores of 5-1 and 4-0.
Felikss Gavars leads the way in goals for St. Lawrence with seven. Drake Burgin, Tomáš Mazura, Ty Naaykens and Justin Paul each have three. Mason Waite has a team-high eight assists, followed by Mazura with seven and Paul with five.
Ben Kraws has started 12 of 14 games for the Saints, making 363 saves with a .905 saves percentage.
The Big Green are 45-65-4 all-time against St. Lawrence. The Saints swept last season's series with a 3-2 overtime win in Hanover and a 2-0 victory on the final day of the regular season. Dartmouth is looking for its first win in the series since a 3-2 victory on Nov. 12, 2021, at Appleton Arena.
SCOUTING CLARKSON
Clarkson enters the weekend with a 6-5-0 overall record and a 3-1-0 in league play. The Golden Knights last played on Nov. 17-18, earning wins over Brown (3-2 OT) and Yale (2-1). They will play Harvard on Friday evening.
Ayrton Martino and Ryan Taylor lead the team in goals with four apiece while Cody Monds has three. Mathieu Gosselin and Anthony Romano both have a team-high five assists. Four different players are tied for second with three.
Austin Roden has played the majority of minutes in net for the Golden Knights, starting eight of the 11 games. Roden has made 199 saves and boasts a .921 saves percentage.
The Big Green are 32-77-8 all-time against the Golden Knights. Dartmouth is looking to get its first win over Clarkson since a 3-2 victory at Thompson on Jan. 17, 2023. The Big Green have not won at Cheel Arena since a 1-0 victory on Feb. 15, 2019.

Dartmouth closes out its seven-game road stretch next weekend with a trip out west to Arizona State. The Big Green will take on the Sun Devils at Mullett Arena next Friday at 9 p.m. (7 p.m. local) and on Saturday at 7 p.m. (5 p.m. local). Both games will be available to stream on the Pac-12 Network.
