HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth sailing team is set to hit the waters of Kings Point to close the 2022-23 season. The Big Green search for a trio of championships at the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) Women's Fleet Race, Open Team Race and Open Fleet Race National Championship events.

The Big Green's first event in Kings Point, New York will take place from May 23-26 in the women's fleet race event. Dartmouth will then participate in the open team race national championship regatta from May 27-29 before closing the season in the open fleet race event from May 30-June 2.

Dartmouth heads to New York as one of the premier programs in the country. The Big Green are the No. 4 team in the nation in open competition and No. 6 in the women's ICSA rankings.

The Big Green have performed well throughout the spring championship season, excelling at New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association (NEISA) events. Dartmouth placed second in a field of 18 programs at the Open New England Fleet Race Championship on April 29-30.

Dartmouth is familiar with the waters of Kings Point, as the program secured first place at the Admiral Moore Open Team Race, on March 25-26.
