Don Kephart in a graduate of Acalanes High School where he lettered in track and field for four years and football for two. He was a captain of the track team both his junior and senior years. Kephart was the Diablo Foothill Athletic League (DFAL) shot put Champion in '05, '06, and '07, as well as the discus Champion in '06 and '07. In football, Kephart was a First Team All League kicker in '05 and punter in '06.

Off the field, Kephart is an Eagle Scout and a National Merit Scholarship Finalist. At Dartmouth he is studying Economics and plans to have a career in Business.

Don is the son of Murray and Cynthia Kephart and has one brother and one sister. Don's father, Murray, was a gymnast at Stanford from 1969-'71.
