2011-2012 (Junior): Beaulieu-Jones ran a season best time of 51.46 in the 400m at the Terrier Invitational. In the spring, he recorded a season best in the 400 hurdles at Princeton-Howell, clocking 57.85.
Brendin Beaulieu-Jones comes to Dartmouth from East Catholic High School in Manchester, Connecticut. He was a 4 year letter winner in soccer and outdoor track, and a 3 year letter winner in indoor track. As a junior, Brendin was CT Class M 300 meter Hurdle Champion and broke the school record, 4X800 Champion in outdoor track. His senior year, Brendin was the 100 and 400 meter Hurdle Champion and broke the school record. Along with several school records and championships, Brendin recieved many awards. He was named Northwest Conference All-Conference as a sophomore, junior, and senio; CT All-State junior and senior year; was placed on the Journal Inquireer All-Area Team as a junior and senior; and his senior year he was Small Schools Outstanding Performer. Aside from athletics, Brendin was the Class President and involved in Peer Ministry and Student Ambassadors. Here at Dartmouth, Brendin wants to be Pre-Med and study Biology.
Brendin is the son of Stuart Jones and Robyn Beaulieu. Brendin has 2 brothers and 1 sister, all of whom compete or have competed in college athletics. Kyle, his brother, played soccer at Wheaton College; his sister, Megan, swam and played soccer for Skidmore College; and his other brother, Brett, currently swims for Boston College.

Q and A with Brendin
Why Dartmouth?
I really thought Dartmouth was the right place for me both academically and athletically and then when I visited for my official visit, I felt at home and knew I wanted to come to Dartmouth.
How long have you been running and what got you interested?
I have my running track since my freshman year of high school. I orginally started to stay in shape for soccer, but I really enjoyed the experience and I quickly fell in love with the sport.

What are your future plans?
I am currently undecided, but I am thinking about majoring in Biology and pursuing a career in medecine.
