2020 (Senior): In a 2020 season that was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, started all five games in goal and played all 302 minutes for the Big Green… Posted five straight wins to open the season before it was cut short… Made 12 saves in the season-opening win at No. 13 UMass (2.15)… Finished the season with an 8.76 goals against average, the second-best figure in the Ivy League…Posted eight saves in Dartmouth’s 13-9 win against No. 5 Florida (3.3)… Led the team in ground balls with 11, including a season-high five in the opener at No. 13 UMass (2.15)… Also picked up four against the Gators... Averaged 2.20 ground balls per game, 10th in the Ivy League.
2019 (Junior): Earned a spot on the All-Ivy League Honorable Mention team…A two-time recipient of the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week, receiving the award on 4/1 and 4/15…Following a 14-save performance in Dartmouth’s come-from-behind 15-11 road win at Penn, she was named the IWLCA National Defensive Player of the Week… Played in 14 games, making starts in each of her appearances…Posted eight wins… Second on the team with 28 ground balls…Had 105 saves with a season-high 14 at Penn…Had 10 saves in each game to start the season at Northwestern and Michigan…An injury in the middle of the season hampered her season totals and cost her three games.
2018 (Sophomore): Named the Ivy League Goalkeeper of the Year…Earned a spot on the All-Ivy League First Team…Started all 16 games in the Dartmouth circle…Finished second in the Ivy League with a 10.76 goals against average…Averaged 7.25 saves per game…Finished the year with a .419 save percentage…Posted four games of double-digit saves…Turned aside a season-high 14 at Cornell on 4/14…Helped Dartmouth to a seven-game win streak from 2/21 through 3/31…Led the team with 41 ground balls.
2017 (Freshman): Started in 14 games during her first season with the Big Green...Posted six wins... Played in the cage for more than 800 minutes... Posted seven games of double-digit saves, including 19 in a 15-11 win against Binghamton on Feb. 25 in the team's home opener... Dartmouth had not had a goalkeeper with 15 or more saves in a game since Kristen Giovanniello ’14 stopped 15 at No. 4 Florida on March 18, 2014 prior to the 19 saves against the Bearcats... She followed that with 16 stops in a 19-7 win at BU (Mar. 1) in the team's following game... She had three straight games of double-digit saves with 13 at Penn (April 8) and 14 against BC (April 12) and Cornell (April 15)...Turned aside 11 in a 12-11 win at Yale on April 22 and then 12 in the season-ending 12-8 victory at home against Brown (April 29).
Before Dartmouth: Vrindten was a four-year letter winner for lacrosse at Watchung Hills Regional High School in Warren, N.J... won 1st Team All-Skyland three times, and her senior year she won the NJSIAA Scholar-Athlete Award... junior year was an Academic All-American... outside of athletics she was an inductee of the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society.
Personal: The daughter of Robert and Patricia Vrindten and has one brother.
