HOME OPENER
The Dartmouth women's lacrosse team plays at Scully-Fahey Field for the first time this season on Tuesday evening. The Big Green welcome twin-state rival Vermont to Hanover for a 5 p.m. non-conference matchup.

FIRST WIN OF THE SEASON
The Big Green earned its first win of the season last Wednesday, defeating Siena, 15-8.
Katie Elders led the way with five goals while
Katina Christensen also netted a hat trick with three goals.

Joining in on the scoring with Elders and Christensen were
Fiona O'Keeffe,
Catherine Erb,
Lucy Murray,
Mia Puccio and
Annie Small.
Ellie Burdick had one assist while Murray, O'Keeffe and Puccio all had an assist to their credit as well.

On the defensive side of things, the Big Green combined for eight caused turnovers, led by two from Elders. Dartmouth also finished with 21 ground balls, including five from
Gisele Todd, who made eight saves to earn her first win of the season.

AROUND THE LEAGUE
Elders is second in the Ivy League in goals per game (4.50) and sixth in points per game (5.00).
Fiona O'Keeffe is fourth in assists per game with 2.50 and Puccio is currently second in draw controls per game with 8.50.

Todd is tied for first in the Ancient Eight in saves per game with 8.50.

SCOUTING VERMONT
Vermont enters Tuesday's game with a 4-0 overall record. The Catamounts defeated LIU, 15-9, in their previous outing on Friday afternoon.

Ava Vasile leads Vermont and America East in goals with 16. McKenzie Ballard has eight goals and six assists while Maddie Erskine has seven tallies. Brittany Barton currently leads America East in caused turnovers with nine and is fifth in ground balls per game with 2.50.

Anna Rosenberger is second in the league in goals against average (8.01) and fourth in saves percentage (.442).

The Big Green are 23-8-1 all-time against the Catamounts. Vermont won last year's matchup, 13-11, in Burlington. Dartmouth is looking to get its first win in the series since a 22-6 victory in Burlington on April 16, 2019.

Dartmouth opens the Ivy League schedule on Saturday afternoon at Cornell. Opening draw is slated for 3 p.m. at Schoellkopf Field and will be available to watch on ESPN+ and Stretch Internet. The Big Green then return to Scully-Fahey Field next Tuesday for a non-conference game against UMass.
