Junior (2019-20): Season cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic ... raced in the Championship 8+ at the Head of the Charles (10/20) ... raced in the B boat at the Princeton Chase (10/27) where the team placed seventh in round one and sixth in round two.
Sophomore (2018-19): came in sixth at the Princeton Chase in the 2V (13:28.8) ... finished first against Holy Cross, Columbia and MIT in the 2V (6:02.32) ... close second place against Yale at the Olympic Axe in the 2V (5:52.9) ... second place against BU for the Bill Cup in the 1V (6:20.06) ... second place against Brown in the 2V (6:20.2) ... beat Syracuse by four seconds in the 2V (6:00.6) ... fifth place at the Eastern Sprints in the 2V (6:51.522) ... fifth place in the IRA National Petite Final in the 1V (5:46.747).
Freshman (2017-18): Opened the season at the Head of the Charles as he rowed in the one seat of the Club 8+ boat that finished ninth (15:06.594)… rowed in the third varsity boat that defeated Columbia (6:29.6)… at the Eastern Sprints Regatta he rowed in the third varsity helping his boat to sixth in the Grand Final (5:59.62)… was the stroke of the third varsity boat at the IRA Regatta for a second-place finish in the Petite Final (7:16.988).
Before Dartmouth: Four-year letterwinner in varsity rowing … captain senior year … won gold medals at the 2016 Canadian Henley in 8+ and 4+… in the 2016 Head of the Charles 8+ events, won a bronze medal.
Personal: Son of J.J. Hajjar and Nicole Babikian, has two sisters.
