COLLEEN OLSEN STICK CHECK
What inspires and motivates me is: Waking up sore, really loud cheers, pump-up mixes, sweaty T-shirts and stepping off the field knowing I've given everything I have, not only for my self, but for my teammates.
My hidden talent is: Whistling.
My role model is: My nana, because of her strength, resilience and ability to smile, laugh and love no matter what obstacles life threw at her.
My favorite childhood possession is: My blankie and my thumb, together. I was a major thumb-sucker.
I chose Dartmouth because: The team is truly a family and has the strongest, most wonderful chemistry of anywhere I looked. I knew I would be playing lacrosse at its best, surrounded by amazing people, while getting an Ivy League education. What could be better?
