Junior (2016-17): CRCA Scholar-Athlete … was the bow of the first varsity all season … her boat defeated Cornell for the first time since 2014 to win the Parents Cup (6:50.6) … helped Dartmouth take fourth in the Grand Final at Sprints (6:59.11) … beat the Big Red at the Ivy League Championship, finishing first in final two and seventh overall (6:30.35).
Sophomore (2015-16): CRCA Scholar-Athlete … rowed in the first varsity all year … out-finished BU and UMass (6:36.9) … at Sprints, her boat was third in the Grand Final (7:18.79) … at Ivies, she helped Dartmouth take third in the Petite Final (6:55.74).
Freshman (2014-15): Helped her crew defeat BC, UMass and MIT (8:07.10) … at Sprints, she rowed in the second varsity that placed third in the Grand Final (6:45.83) … her boat took second in the Petite Final at the Ivy League Championship (6:49.477).
Before Dartmouth: Attended Santa Monica High School, where she was a three-time letterwinner in rowing … placed third at the Southwest Regional Championship as part of the Varsity 8 boat as both a junior and a senior … president of Heal the Bay Club.
Personal: Nora Masler is the daughter of Kristina Hagman and Daniel Masler … has one sister … planning on majoring in psychology while at Dartmouth.
