HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women's rowing competed for the Class of 1984 Plaque on Lake Carnegie Saturday against Princeton, Penn and Bucknell. The Big Green finished in third place in three races and second in the varsity 4.

In the varsity 8, Dartmouth completed the 2,000-meter course in 7:13.8, leaving less than four seconds between it and Bucknell (7:17.0). Leading the charge were Princeton (6:55.5) and Penn (6:51.3), who finished in first and second, respectively. In the second varsity, the Green took third again (7:26.9), finishing a good distance ahead of the Bison (7:40.0).

Dartmouth placed second in the varsity 4 (8:02.1), coming in 12 seconds after Princeton (7:49.7) in first. Following behind the Big Green and taking third were the Quakers (8:09.5), while the Bison were fourth (8:12.9). In the varsity 4B, Dartmouth was fourth (8:17.4).

Princeton took first in the third varsity 8 (7:27.1) and were followed by Bucknell (7:27.6) and Dartmouth (7:55.9).

On Saturday, April 30, the Green will host their one event of the year, taking on Cornell on the Connecticut River.
